The Grand Family Recipe Album

First off, we'd like to thank all of you that submitted recipes & photos to make this book so GRAND. A special thank you goes to my little sister, Lynette, the best copy editor in the world - thank you for correcting all of my grammatical errors.

The recipe album will be available for the 2018, 50th anniversary of the Grand Family Reunion.  The book consists of full color pages of our favorite family recipes.  We've tried to make it more than just another cookbook, in fact, we hope you'll look at it more like a keepsake, a family treasure.

The recipe album contains:

• 86 full color pages of recipes
• photos of the person that the recipe belonged to
• any notes and comments submitted about the recipe
• description of how the person the recipe belonged to is related to one of the original Grand children

We had planned to publish it with a hardcover binding but it was a bit more expensive that way, so, we went with a spiral binding.  I had my heart set on the hardcover but, I actually think this will be a nice choice for a cookbook.  We'll be able to easily fold it in half and the pages will lay flat. These books  make great gifts for family members.

The spiral bound books will cost $26.00 each.  We've ordered only 35 books at this price so, get one while you can.  You can even pay for your copy in advance through PayPal and we'll have it ready for you to pick up at the reunion.

UPDATE 6/15/18:  All 35 of the spiral bound recipes books have been sold!  There is a 25 book minimum to reorder.  We're compiling a list to see if there are enough people interested to order more books - if you're interested in purchasing one or more please add your name and the quantity you'd like in the comments box below or email us at thegrandfamilyreunion@gmail.com 

UPDATE 2/24/19:  We ordered 25 more recipe albums and ALL 25 HAVE BEEN SOLD!  Thank you for purchasing them.

You can get a hardcover book, I can order them online and have them sent to your local Costco.  Costco only sells the books in a 2 pack - so, if you only want 1 book, go together with someone on the purchase.  Each 2 pack will cost $73.67 ($36.84 per book ) plus tax.  You will need to pay for the books when you pick them up from Costco. You will need a Costco membership (or find a family member near you that has one and can go with you to pick them up).
